Delivery of Goods
- 1. At the present time, the Company carries out deliveries exclusively within the Greek Territory.
Please ensure that the address you enter or contact by telephone in the case of telephone orders is correct.
The delivery of the Goods will be carried out by partner courier companies during working hours and days (Monday - Saturday 09:00-17:00), in which the Company forwards your personal information, such as name and shipping address, so that it becomes possible the delivery and execution of orders. When completing your special order form, you are invited to accept (actively by act/electronic selection) the Privacy Policy of the Online Store with the electronic option "I accept the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy", the content of which you will have access to before acceptance of its content by selecting the relevant available link (link). Through the above selection, you unreservedly consent to the forwarding of your personal information and data for the purpose of shipping the ordered and paid for Goods.
- 2. Specifically, according to the basic delivery schedule of our partner courier company, the deliveries are as follows:
- in the capitals of prefectures within two (2) working days from the shipment of the Goods to the carrier (except islands) and
- in the other regions within three (3) working days from the shipment of the Goods to the carrier. Excluding remote areas, orders may be delivered within five (5) business days.
- 3. The Company and its partners take all necessary measures for the timely delivery to you of the Goods you have ordered based on the above schedule. Upon delivery of your order to the respective courier partner, you will be sent a relevant message to the e-mail address and/or mobile phone number you have registered with us, which will inform you of the delivery of the ordered Merchandise(s) to the courier and the delivery schedule to you. However, it is pointed out that any delivery schedule that has been set is indicative only. The Company is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or events beyond its control. Indicatively, it is not responsible for causes of delivery delays, due to delays in customs, intermediate loading-unloading areas, transport strikes or other types of strikes that affect the delivery of the products to our company's warehouses by our suppliers, etc. In the event of any delays, the The Company will make every effort to contact you on the information you have provided in order to inform you about this and to consult with you about the new delivery or the delivery of another Merchandise.
- 4. You can check the status of your order at any time in the "My Account" section and in the "My Orders" sub-section after logging in to the Online Store with your codes and by phone in the case of phone orders.
Please enter as a pickup address, an address where you will be, either you yourself in person, or a recipient of your order during business hours, such as your workplace. If you or an authorized recipient are not present in person to collect and sign for the order on your behalf at the pick-up location, you will be notified by a note placed in your letterbox and informed of where you can collect the packages. – parcels of Goods that have been dispatched. Especially if you choose to pay by credit/debit card, you must either be present when receiving your order with your ID, or an authorized owner must be present with their ID. In the event that the order is placed on behalf of a company, either the legal representative of the company with his identity, or a duly authorized employee of the company with his identity, must be present when receiving the order. In case the order is made in the details and on behalf of a company, then the credit/debit card you use must be a company one. That is, it must have been issued in the data of the respective company. Also during delivery the authorized owner must be present with their credit card and ID. Otherwise, you will be informed about a note that will be placed in your mailbox, while you will be notified where you can pick up the packages - parcels of Goods that have been sent. In cases where a package is/are returned to the Company due to non-receipt by you or due to an incorrect address declaration, the Company will refund the payment but not the shipping costs.
